Contracted heels are more prone to thrush.
The thrush has reached deep into sensitive tissues and needs caudal (heel) support and regular treatment.
Shod with aluminum bar shoe and hospital pad.
After cleaning the frog and medicating, it is packed with magic cushion.
Hospital plate applied to allow regular treatment.
Rear of the frog can still be treated with thrush medication.
